#003 “Dollop”

Title: “Dollop”

Description: "Dollop" is an abstract painting featuring a black background with splashes of red paint around a larger red moon. Within the red moon, there is a dark blue dollop with a magical white dot in the middle. The contrast between the dark blue and the bright blood red creates a captivating and mystical aura, drawing the viewer's attention to the center of the composition. The use of bold colors against a dark background creates a dramatic and intense visual effect.

Medium and technique: The black background has been achieved through spray painting. The red acrylic oil paint has been applied by a quick splash and dollop by hand. The magical yellow dot has been created using a special pen, which may have different techniques and characteristics than traditional ink pens. Overall, the painting creates a unique and visually stunning composition. 

Priming method: Additionally, the original artwork was shined using a combination of coconut, olive oil, and essential oils, which not only enhances the vibrancy of the colors but also adds a subtle sheen to the surface of the canvas.
